Amnesty international :working on the video
You are going to watch this video as many times as you like doing the following tasks first:
1. Count the different situations you are given to see.
2. Identify the places, the characters and , if possible , the countries where the scenes take place.For some it is clear, for others you will have to make a logical guess.
3. Explain what right is being violated in each, explain what is therefore denounced in each. Use your book (Toolbox,etc....) and a dictionary to find the relevant vocabulary.
4. Now describe the situation itself : What is taking place exactly in each? Tell the story .(around 40 words for each case. ) What takes place in each that is identical?
5. Transcribe the message at the end of the video, and explain Amnesty's goal with such a clip.
6. Write down your personal reaction to this document. (30 to 40 words, or more if you like.)
